About Us

Established in 1997, Columbia River Contractors Inc is a highway construction contractor that specializes in highway guardrail in Oregon and Washington. Our management personnel have over 40 years of experience in installing highway guardrail. We are very knowledgeable in the guardrail products of various manufacturers and suppliers and in the Oregon and Washington highway specifications.

We have specialized guardrail punch machine trucks built to our specifications that allows us to install metal beam guardrail in a very efficient manner and provide a quality product that meets current highway standards. Our company has worked on roads and highways for numerous customers including State Departments of Transportation, Local County and City Agencies and as a subcontractor to other contractors.

We perform work under competitively bid, negotiated, and time and material contracts for both private and public customers. We are a Union contractor with labor agreements with the Oregon and Washington Operators and Laborers unions. Through union membership we have access to a diverse and trained workforce from hiring halls and apprenticeship programs.
